Implementation can be a friendly term

Often times when a company wants to bring a new software package into their workflow it can cause employees and IT personal alike to cringe.
From an employee perspective, it is new software they have to learn, which means that their work may fall behind, or their daily routine will change entirely if the software replaces another piece of software.
From an IT perspective, they need to have a good way to roll out this new software to all the employees, and be ready to deal with new issues that may come with the software not working, or employees having trouble using the software.
When it comes to Dragon NaturallySpeaking, people may feel the same way about the software but thankfully there isn't a reason to. Once they understand that speech recognition is just another input tool for your computer, like a mouse or keyboard, they realize that the software isn't very intimidating and can actually be fun to use. Since you are using your voice in place of the keyboard you can create your documents or emails much faster and have more time to do other things which in turn means you will actually be caught up faster with your work instead of falling behind when implementing Dragon into your workflow.
We at Achieve Results have worked very closely with the software to identify any issues that may occur during implementation and have knowledge and expertise to eliminate the issues before they ever become a problem. Most of the time when a user encounters an issue they contact us and within minutes we have taken care of the issue taking the strain off of IT and the support staff from having to field new calls dealing with Dragon.
All in all it is very easy to incorporate Dragon into your workflow for both employees and IT staff and we are happy to work with both sides during implementation so they can see that it really is that easy.
